Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (RTC) is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from firms interested in providing on-call services to collect traffic count, travel time, auto occupancy, and other traffic data. Responses should be sent to RTC and must be received by 4:00 p.m. on August 26, 2009.
