Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (RTC) is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from firms interested in providing on-call consultant services to assist in the collection of traffic count and auto occupancy data. Responses should be sent to RTC and must be received by 4:00 p.m. on May 8, 2006.
