Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council in coordination with local governments is seeking responses from professional consultants experienced in conducting High Capacity Transit studies. The purpose of this RFQ is to hire a firm interested in providing professional consultant services for the High Capacity Transit Corridors Study. Responses should be sent to RTC and must be received by 4:00 p.m. on May 1, 2006.
