Vancouver, Washington -- The Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council, will hold a public meeting regarding the Metropolitan Transportation Plan and the Metropolitan Transportation Improvement Program for Clark County, Washington. The meeting will be on Thursday, March 14, 2002, 6:00 - 7:00 p.m., at the Clark Public Utility Building, 1200 Fort Vancouver Way, Vancouver, WA.
The Metropolitan Transportation Plan is the long-range transportation plan to meet forecast transportation needs in Clark County over the next twenty years. The Metropolitan Transportation Improvement Program is a prioritized program of transportation projects to be implemented in the next three-years that address the regional transportation system needs.
The purpose of this meeting is to provide the public an opportunity for involvement in the development of the Metropolitan Transportation Plan and Metropolitan Transportation Improvement Program.
