- Welcome and Approval of Meeting Report
- I-5/Delta Park, Lombard Alternatives
- Review of CAC and EJWG recommendations for support of Alternatives 2 and 4 and next steps.
- I-5 Columbia River Crossing
- Review of May 4 Columbia River Crossing Task Force Meeting.
- Purpose and Need – How does the project connect the Vancouver and Portland regions.
- Heavy Rail - Public/Private Actions
- Presentation by the Port of Vancouver and Port of Portland.
- Proposed recommendations: 1) that a proposal for roles and responsibilities for coordination of heavy rail in the bi-state area be developed along with a possible Rail Forum structure and brought to the Bi-State Coordination Committee; and 2) that a group of interested parties prepare a draft criteria for when public investment in private rail infrastructure is warranted.
- Coordination of 2030 Forecasts for Jobs and Housing, Action
- Proposed Recommendation: Request that Metro and RTC adopt a coordinated 2030 forecast to be used for all bi-state transportation analysis
