   • Port of Portland and Portland Institute for Metropolitan Studies staff will share the results of phase one and two of the Regional Industrial Land Study and outline the proposed research in phase three. Columbia River Economic Development Council President will offer this agency’s insight to industrial land conditions in Clark County.

3. WSDOT I-5 HOV Lane Public Outreach Plans
   
   • RTC staff will update the committee on the public outreach plans leading up to the opening of the I-5 HOV lane in Washington.
