- Rail Bridge Swing Span Replacement Study
- Austin Pratt with the U.S. Coast Guard and Matt Lewis, from Senator Gorton's office, will brief the Committee on the Coast Guard's proposed study to replace the existing swing span on the Columbia River Rail Bridge with a lift span.

- Columbia River Channel Deepening Project
- Diane Perry, from the Port of Portland, will update the Committee on the Project's status and schedule.

- ODOT I-5 Preservation Project
- ODOT is planning to repave I-5 through north Portland beginning in Spring 2001. ODOT staff will describe the project and the mitigation measures proposed to manage traffic flows during the construction.
