1. Welcome and Approval of June 22, 2000 Meeting Report
   
   
2. Election of Chair/Vice Chair and Bylaw Review, Action
   
   • Bi-State Committee members will nominate and elect next year's chair and vice chair. The bylaws will be reviewed and recommendations for changes will be sent back to RTC and JPACT.

3. Bi-State Transportation Committee First Annual Assessment, Discussion
   
   • The Committee has now met for a year. The previous year's activities and decisions will be reviewed. Committee members will be asked for their suggestions in regard to preparation of the annual report.

4. I-5 HOV Implementation^*, Information
   
   • RTC and WSDOT staff will update the Committee on the Washington Transportation Commission's response to the I-5 HOV project, the final operational analysis and design, and the public outreach program.

5. I-5 Trade Corridor Study^*, Information
   
   • Clark County Commissioner Craig Pridemore will report to the Committee on the previous day's meeting of the I-5 Trade Corridor Governor's Task Force. ODOT staff will discuss the next steps in the I-5 Trade Corridor Study.

6. Summary of Washington and Oregon Fall Transportation Ballot Initiatives, Information
   
   • Several transportation-related initiatives are on the November ballot. These will be briefly outlined in regard to the impact they may have on bi-state transportation projects and issues.
