Bi-State Coordination Committee

The Bi-State Coordination Committee is a subcommittee of the Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (RTC) and Metro's Joint Regional Policy Advisory Committee on Transportation (JPACT). The role of the Committee is to review all issues of bi-state significance for transportation and present recommended actions to JPACT and RTC. The committee is comprised of six members from Clark County and seven members from the Portland metro area.

Bi-State Coordination Committee meetings are generally held on the third Thursday of the month, with some exceptions. The meeting location generally alters between Metro and RTC. Meetings hosted by Metro will generally be held from 5:00-6:30pm at the Metro Regional Center. Meetings hosted by RTC will generally be held from 7:30-9:00am, at one of several locations (the Clark County Public Service Center 6th Floor Training Room,  the Elections/Auto Licensing building, or the Port of Vancouver). 

The next meeting is scheduled to be held on Thursday, June 19, 2008, at RTC in the Clark County Public Service Center 6th floor Training Room.
